WHO WE ARE
My name is Jeremy, I was born in Brazil as a MK (missionary kid). While I lived in Brazil, God displayed the unique privilege of seeing an unreached people group hear and believe the gospel. They had never heard the gospel before nor did they have a Bible in their language.
In 2,500 of the world’s 6,500 people groups, there is no church.
That’s nearly 40% of the world’s languages without the gospel!
It is clear to me that someone needs to share the gospel with those who will never have the opportunity to hear it.
My wife was raised in Oregon and grew up very interested in missions. She read missionary biographies and after high school went to Mexico where she learned about unreached people groups. That started a journey for her to find out how she could make a difference and reach the unreached with the gospel.
Just think for a second…
There are entire nations who have never heard of the God of the Bible. The Bible is not translated into their language.
In our society we have the luxury of countless translations of the Bible. These people don’t even have a single verse in their language.
Our hearts echo the calling in Romans 10,
“And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”
God brought us together with the common desire to see His Kingdom furthered. In 2019 we plan to relocate to West Africa to bring the gospel to an unreached people.
Not many missionaries take part in this type of mission work. It’s difficult, requires sacrifice, and requires a solid support base!
